Commercial Consultant
As an independent contractor consultant you will have the opportunity to meet with business owners from many professions. You will assess their current operations and provide a detailed report for our clients. You may be called upon to provide further risk control services to the insured so they can minimize losses.
residential Inspector
Our Personal Lines Division uses Insurance Inspectors to survey homes as part of the insurance underwriting process. Insurance Inspectors are independent contractors who perform a variety of inspections on homes in their area and submit reports via the web to our clients.
Quality reviewer
Quality Reviewers are independent contractors who remotely access and review submitted field reports. Reviewers check for accuracy and make sure all of the client's requirements are met. Reviewers are paid a fee for each report cleared.
ASAP/Phone Consultant
As an independent contractor ASAP Consultant you will be contacting business owners to obtain information on their operations and confirming data provided on their coverage application. You will use our cloud based system to submit reports to our clients. ASAP Smart App and ASAP Phone based inspections are done from home on your schedule.

Field Service manager/regional manager
Our Field Service Managers/Regional Managers oversee a team of employees and contractors assigned to a specific area. They are responsible for the overall management of their area. This includes recruiting, on-boarding, client orientation, complaint resolution, quality control, and time management.
Field service supervisor/coordinator
Our Field Service Supervisors/Coordinators are primarily involved in inventory management, with our inventory being the orders placed by our customers. These orders can involve requests for information, site visits, safety assessments, and underwriting data gathering. It’s the job of the Field Service Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee and coordinate assignments to assure an on time delivery of a quality product for our customers.
HELP Team AGENT and corporate support
Our HELP TEAM agents work within our HELP Center to assist our customers, vendors, and employees with orders, assignments, and technical issues. HELP also supports Preferred’s overall operations and interacts with every department and level of management.

Technology and Data Services drives and supports innovation at Preferred Reports. We utilize advanced cloud-based and hardware systems to manage inventory, perform inspections, complete orders, and provide critical risk intelligence to our clients.
